Thanks for visiting, but please do not go into chocolate, unless you want to melt it, mix it with whole milk and fill up your bath tub with it - then DIVE. 

I forgot to add that you should setup your MP3 with the music you like and place it between two candles scented with chocolate. Then close your eyes and think that you are ascending to chocolate heaven.

		<description><![CDATA[I recently made chocolate truffles at home using a mixture of Lindt 70% Cocoa and dark chocolate from a Greek brand, Pavildes.  I used cocoa powder, powdered sugar, coconut and sprinkles to top them.   They were amazing and I&#039;ll definitely be trying them again.

There is so much more to chocolate than what we think.  It&#039;s a fantastic ingredient.  Thanks for sharing your knowledge!

You may not use all the information, but you never know when you feel like to create your own chocolate mousse. It is quite easy and you can always send me a question about anything you are not sure of, at Chocolates &amp; Figs. 

Currently you have a report about the top chocolatier in the US on my blog. I do not write reviews and/or reports about anything that I do not personally evaluate. 

If I work with any of the chocolatiers, they know in advance that I will report my honest opinion about their product, irrespective if it is positive or negative. I guard my reputation fiercely.
