Where would our society be today, technologically, socially and beyond, if these five renaissance men didn’t dream big?

Leonardo Da Vinci

Thomas Edison

Albert Einstein

Martin Luther King, Jr.

Richard Branson

Do you think society would have progressed this far without people becoming experts and taking big risks to change the world?

Normally I try to leave substantive comments, but on this one, I’ll just say… Love it!

I personally wouldn’t include Thomas Edison on this list, considering all of the information we now have on what the guy was really like.

Maybe Tesla as a more than worthy substitute.

What was the guy really like? Are you referring to his disrespect of Tesla? I haven’t read much about Edison. The lightbulb, phonograph, movie camera and the battery are pretty cool inventions.

    Great referral, thanks!
BTW if we are going to withhold our kudos for folks that don’t play nice we are going to have to include an awful lot of our ‘brightest and best’. I just read A Beautiful Mind and gees… The goings on at Princeton!
